Orange Park
United Methodist Church

Pastor Emeritus - Rev. Luanne Kemper
Luanne is originally from Eatonton, Ga and is married to Bobby Kemper one of our faithful Good Samaritan Ministry volunteers. Luanne holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern College and a Master of Divinity from Chandler School of Theology at Emory University.
Luanne has been a part of the Orange Park United Methodist ministry team since February of 1999 and continues to offer classes, programs and events for seniors in our congregation. She has served in United Methodist churches for more than 40 years including time at Forest Hills UMC, Tyson Memorial UMC, Norman Park UMC, Kimball UMC, Berlin UMC and Wesley Chapel UMC. She currently serves on the board for the Shepherd’s Center of Orange Park (SCOOP), which meets at Orange Park UMC throughout the year. She is also active in the Kairos Outside Ministry.
An avid reader and published poet, Luanne leads a weekly book club here at the church as well. Her favorite thing about Orange Park UMC is the many opportunities it offers members to get plugged in and connected whether it be through the small groups, classes, worship or missions opportunities!
